What is your return policy?

Standard Stocking Item Returns

If you're not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us within 12 months of your purchase date. Your return must be a stocking item in new condition with all original contents, and include a Return Authorization Number. Normal stocking items do not incur restocking fees.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

How to Request Authorization to Return a Purchased Item

We require a Return Authorization Number for all returns. Please obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning any item. Open a Return Request Ticket, or submit the request by opening this Return Request Form. Complete the form and fax or email the completed document to;

Core Returns

All core returns must be approved prior to shipping, and must arrive with a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA). Please follow the same process for returning a new item.

Note: All core returns must be in the original box.

There is a core charge added at the time of purchase on a select few items with a core charge. This core charge is refunded once the old core is returned to us in the original box for rebuild purposes.

Special Orders

Returns on special order and/or non-stocking items will be handled on a case by case basis. To determine whether your purchase is considered a stocking item, please refer to your invoice. Items that are stocked are marked on the invoice as "A" or "B". For additional details, see our Terms and Conditions.
