How can I file a warranty claim for a product I purchased?

 

At Ryder Fleet Products, we sell OEM-quality, trusted, brand name products that have been tested by Ryder - one of the largest and most reliable fleets in America.

All our products are covered by the manufacturers' warranty, the coverage varies by product.  If you have a warranty claim, we can assist you by gathering information about your claim and presenting that information to the manufacturer of that product.  

  • All broken or claimed defective products will be replaced, credited, or repaired, in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy. 
  • Products showing abuse, misuse, or alteration, may not be repaired, credited or replaced under warranty.  Please contact customer service for details.

How to File a Warranty Claim for a Purchased Item

  • Complete the warranty claim questionnaire (download it here). 
  • Submit the completed document to us;

Fax 770-338-9220; attn: Warranty Department

  • Ryder Fleet Products will review the claim with the supplier and determine if it meets the warranty parameters.
  • If the warranty is approved, we will guide you through the resolution.    

Note: All returns require a Return Authorization Number.
